Aleatory Chasm

About

This avant-garde composition delves into social alienation via dissonant intervals and unconventional timbres generated through extended techniques on prepared piano, scraped cello strings, and found objects. Aleatory processes infuse unpredictable vocal distortions and fragmented crowd simulations, evolving from tense, clashing developments to a climactic shatter and deconstructive drift. The 187-second arc resolves in a fading pulse, emphasizing intellectual isolation amid sonic chaos.
