By accessing or using EchoLoRA (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Abuse the Service in any way, including harassment, spam, or malicious activity.
Scrape or use automated means (bots, scripts, crawlers) to extract data or content from the Service without our prior written authorization.
Use or download content in any unauthorized manner, including reproducing, distributing, or commercializing our music, assets, or data without explicit permission.

Original music only

EchoLoRA hosts original music. You may upload or generate songs only when you own the composition and the recording, or have every right required to place that work on the Service. You may not upload copyrighted music, samples, lyrics, or recordings that belong to someone else and present them as yours.

Uploaded audio is scanned for malware and processed so we can transcribe lyrics and compare them with material already on EchoLoRA. Pasted lyrics are checked the same way. If a track matches protected or existing material, we hold it out of public rotation for admin review. We may remove the track, suspend the account, and keep the report.

Creator profiles are public by default and show published songs only. Drafts stay private until you publish them. Listeners can report a song from the player menu. Reports are reviewed by EchoLoRA.

Authorized Use

Use of the Service is permitted only for personal, non-commercial listening and discovery. Any commercial use, bulk access, API integration, data extraction, embedding, or redistribution requires prior written authorization from EchoLoRA.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms. We may take technical or legal action to prevent abuse and protect the Service.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically.
