Red Dirt Dawn Holler

About
This raw Delta Blues track captures the primal anguish of Mississippi sharecroppers with haunting holler vocals over sparse acoustic guitar and biting slide licks in a strict 12-bar progression. Ultra-raw mono production evokes 78rpm field recordings, complete with string buzz, foot stomps, and room noise for intimate live feel. A desolate solo wails amid tales of back-breaking labor, lost love, and lonesome trains, fading into desperate pleas for mercy.
