Timbral Discord Tempest

About
Fractured Resonance Veil is a pure instrumental avant-garde composition featuring dissonant intervals clashing across unconventional timbres from extended techniques on prepared piano and found objects like scraped metal and bowed percussion. Aleatory elements manifest through indeterminate notations allowing performers to introduce chance-based disruptions in abstract soundscapes of swirling orchestral clusters and granular electronics. This 213-second sonic exploration prioritizes timbral innovation and conceptual depth, evoking an unsettling introspection that defies traditional musical structures.
Lyrics
Pockets full of crumpled dreams, sidewalk cracks with shadows lean You danced in post, laughed in rain, I traced your steps, felt the strain Mirrors lie in every window pane, who's a stranger, where in my name? Spinning in the glow, don't you know, quirky sparks that flicker low Oh, who? Send me after tow Coffee stains on faded jeans conversation in your wild eyes A crooked grin pulled me under Let me in, but mornings came with empty bins Oh Stop the clock, rewind the ache, peel back, lay it unmade In this quiet storm we break, finding home in the mistake We'll miss this, spinning in the glow, don't you know Sparks that flicker low, fading into the undertow Fading echo soft and slow goes we go Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh
