Thunderous Mercy Rising

Redeemed in the fire Down in the valley where shadows creep low A wonder lost heavy with sorrows chained Waves crashing wild But mercy whispers soft Through the pouring rain My heart cried out For a light to pierce this endless night Then grace be calling Like a thunderous roar Lifting my soul from the depths of the fire Oh, hallelujah I'm redeemed by the blood By the blood Chains are broken And from the flood Hallelujah Singing loud to redemption's fire Oh, redemption's fire It's burning in you Oh As knocking hates broke my door I stand alone to the fire I'm shaking I'm afraid The choir is calling me The choir of angels This my weary voice In harmony sweet Our praises cascade When the tempter comes knocking at my door His redemption story echoes through time From bondage to glory We're all set to fly Lift your hands, children It's victory It's victory time Oh, hallelujah I'm redeemed by the blood By the blood Chains are broken Rising from the flood Jesus saved me Set my spirit free And His loud and true redemption's fire Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you Is burning in you
