Concrete Sirens

In the midnight hours shadows creep so deep I cried out to the heavens my soul heavy with grief Chains of doubt and sorrow wrapped around my weary frame But a whisper from on high called me by my name All the storms they reached and the waters rose so high I was lost in the valley under a tear-stained sky Yet your mercy found me in the silence of the night Lifted me from the ashes into your glorious light Hallelujah Rise up, children loud and free Redemption's river flowing, washing over me From the cross to the crown, your love sets us apart Faith like a fire burning deep within my heart Hallelujah Praise the Savior's name, let the heavens declare Testimony of your grace, forever in the We're redeemed, oh, word is my anchor On this journey home Through the trials and the triumphs, your hand has led me through Every scar tells a story of the power in you From the pit to the pinnacle, your redemption's call Turns my morning to dancing You're the one who saves me when I fall Rise up, children loud and free Redemption's river flowing, washing over me From the cross to the crown, your love sets us apart Faith like a fire burning deep within my heart Oh, can you feel it rising? Yes, Lord, I feel it now Forever in the end, we're redeemed Oh, can you feel it rising? We'll raise it higher, we'll praise Him evermore Oh, can you feel it rising? Redemption's river flowing, washing over me From the cross to the crown, your love sets us apart We're redeemed, we're alive Hallelujah, hallelujah Where we, we are We're redeemed, we're alive We're redeemed, we're alive We're redeemed, we're alive
