Caluyanon Music

Carolinian music is the traditional genre of the Carolinian people from the Northern Mariana Islands, characterized by rhythmic chanting, call-and-response vocal structures, and polyrhythmic percussion using slit drums (pate), sticks, and improvised wooden instruments during communal ceremonies.
